Turkey Tail Matcha:
INGREDIENTS
2 Teaspoons ceremonial grade matcha powder
2-3 Tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons granulated cane sugar or maple syrup
1 Cup warm water
Ice
1-2 Droppers Turkey Tail Triple Extract
Whole milk or farm fresh milk
Turkey Tail Matcha:
DIRECTIONS
- In a pint jar add the matcha powder.
- Pour 2-3 Tablespoons of hot water over the top of the matcha and whisk until fully combined.
- Add your sugar or maple syrup.
- Add the warm water and mix together.
- Set the jar aside in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes until it’s cooled completely.
- Fill two glass jars to the rim with ice and pour milk over the top, about ¾ of the way full.
- Add 1-2 droppers of Turkey Tail Triple Extract
- Pour chilled matcha over the top and enjoy!
