Butterfly Pea Iced Tea:
RECIPE
- Add one scoop of butterfly pea flower to 2 ounces of hot water.
- Stir the mixture until the butterfly pea has infused.
- Add a spoon full of your favorite sweetener, I prefer maple syrup or raw honey (measure with love)
- Once the sweetener has dissolved, top the tea with ice.
- Add 6-8 ounces of cold water
- Add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime to boost hydrating properties and watch the color change from dark blue to a majestic magenta!
